BAND CARE & RETURNS

Caring for your Banbá Bands 🤍

Your Banbá Bands have been designed to be reused again and again, so a little bit of TLC will help keep them looking their best.

Please do not put your Banbá Bands in the washing machine or fully submerge them in water. This can affect their shape, colour and finish over time.

When they’re not being worn, we recommend keeping your bands flat and stored separately, ideally in their own little pouch rather than loose in a dance bag. Banbá Band storage pouches may be coming soon - if enough of you want them! 👀

For small marks, gently rub the area with a clean, dry cloth. For more stubborn marks, try a small amount of bicarbonate of soda with a soft toothbrush, gently working on the affected area. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals or vigorous scrubbing.

A little tip from me 💚

If your dancer wants to wear their Banbá Bands all the time, my best recommendation - and what I personally do for Banbá - is to have two pairs.

We keep one pair for classes/practice where they're naturally going to get a little more wear, and another pair kept especially for feiseanna and competitions.

That way, your competition pair stays as fresh, bright and crisp as possible, while your class pair can handle all those hours of dancing!

Of course, you absolutely don't need two pairs - but if your dancer wants to wear their Banbá Bands for both class and competitions, this is the best way I've found to keep that competition-day pair looking its best. 🤍

Returns & Sizing

Every Banbá Band is checked before being sent, and we hope you absolutely love yours.

We cannot accept returns for bands showing wear and tear, marks, damage caused by incorrect care or signs of use. This does not affect your statutory rights if your product is faulty.

If you've ordered and realised the size is completely wrong, please get in touch. While we can't guarantee an exchange in every circumstance, we'll always try to help where the bands are unused, unworn and in a condition that can be resold.

If you believe you've received a faulty band, please contact us and we'll get it sorted. 🤍
